  • vacuum conference rooms more deep clean in these areas that don't get used all the time. 
  • If need vacuum all closets
  • If needed or requested move plants and trees to vacuum 
  • If a part of contract polish out tile floors for shine
  • Swifter all doors front and back in building to remove over all dust
  • Spot clean glass windows interior of office space to include window walls to offices
  • Vacuum and clean storage areas
MONTHLY CLEANING
  • Remove all cobwebs from building
  • Vacuum all air vents, wipe down if needed
  • Swifter dust all blinds
  • Wipe down all window railing to remove dust and insects
  • Sweep all bottom of cubical areas to pick up paper clips, fallen objects, etc.
  • Check light fixtures to remove insects
  • Request that areas that can't get regular dusting be dusted like book shelves. (client will remove items)
  • If contracted to scrub out ceramic in kitchen or bathrooms to sanitize
  • If contracted spot clean carpet to remove spots.
  • If contract shampoo fabric on cubical to remove spots
  • If contracted fix high traffic areas on tile floors.
  • If contracted shampoo any furniture that needs spots removed
  • If contracted change out light bulbs
  • If contracted change out air filters to AC unit
QUARTERLY  CLEANING
  • One Saturday out of the quarter extra cleaning staff will come to the facility to do a good once over on all areas, from top to bottom main focus on germ killing to wipe every thing down with a sanitation chemical 
  • If contracted a more deeper shampooing of carpet like you main hallways. 
  • Requested painting of walls the will not clean up
  • Refurbish metal that will not polish or clean up
  • Remove all plastic chair mats from offices and wash out to sanitize
  • Open every drawer in kitchen and bathrooms to wipe clean
  • Pull out refrigerator sweep and mop 

YEARLY CLEANING 
Once a year we will do a deep cleaning of your facility to include all of the above over the cause of a weekend or two depending on the size of your contracted space. In addition, we will also deep clean all carpet square feet of building to sanitize and odor control. 

At this time we will strip and rewax all VTC tile floors in building to bring back luster and shine to over all look. 

Now we are ready to start the whole process all over again for the new year!
